The Harvest Sprites are divided into 10 different «teams». Seven of those teams can be hired as labor to take care of the farm work for you. If you haven’t found any members of a particular team then you can’t hire them! Each of the 7 labor teams have 11 normal sprites and 1 Leader sprite.
